Let me introduce myself, my name is Alex. I have been working as a Systems Engineer in IT (Information Technology) for 16 years and I am currently working in the IT department for a university here in the RTP area supporting their infrastructure. As well as 16 years hands-on experience designing, building, installing and maintaining personal/business computers, servers, networks as well as business class networks, I have the following credentials, which help reinforce my abilities as well as my dedication.
